From the producer: There is a verve to this wine, with tons of acidity down the mid-palate and a lovely note of salinity on the finish. Most striking is the structural integrity of the wine – this is no light as water chardonnay. There is grip and intensity, and a quality one can only refer to as gravity in this wine.
