Nicolas Faure trained at Domaine de la Romanee-Conti and Prieure-Roch before launching his own micro-domaine, which took shape around 2014. Based in Meuilley in the Hautes Cotes, he farms a tiny vineyard across the Cote with rare exacting standards. This Hautes Cotes de Beaune white comes from the higher, cooler La Corvee de Bully site, the elevation lending freshness and cut. Production is small, so it is worth grabbing when you see it. The 2024 is fresh and precise; drink it over the next few years.
