Les Athletes du Vin is a negociant project from the Loire’s natural-wine collective Vini be Good, gathering organically farmed fruit from a lineup of excellent growers into honest, affordable bottlings (look for the playful Michel Tolmer artwork). Chenin Blanc is the Loire’s great white grape, and this version keeps it bright and direct: orchard fruit, citrus and a chalky lift, fermented in steel to let the fruit sing. Cheerful, mineral, and an everyday pleasure.
