Silex is the wine that made Didier Dagueneau a legend. Named for the flint (‘silex’) soils around St-Andelain where the family is based, it comes from the estate’s lowest-yielding, oldest vines with the highest flint content, and it’s the most famous cuvee in this cult Loire Sauvignon Blanc range.
