Overview:A fine wine experience for all. Weve liberated Californias best in the form of Red Blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Ros and Chardonnay.Chrissy Wittmann came to winemaking in an unconventional way. After earning a B.S. in Ecology and Systematic Biology at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, the future winemaker found her love for wine while analyzing soil and waste water samples in a lab. After serving time as a laboratory enologist, Chrissy returned to Cal Poly, achieving her masters degree in Agriculture.

Tasting Notes: Vibrancy of fruit is focal point of this wine. Featuring aromas of plum and blackberry with a hint of olive. Flavors of black stone fruit, clove, and dried herbs with solid tannin structure result in a flavor-forward Cabernet Sauvignon with balanced acidity.
