This six-generation family estate is run today by Thibauld and Jennifer Denizot, who farm sustainably across plots in Amigny, Chavignol, Sancerre, and Verdigny. It’s 100% Sauvignon Blanc, hand-harvested and aged on fine lees for added depth and texture. The 2024 is crisp, mineral, and dense, with the cut you want from classic Sancerre. Pour it cold with goat cheese or shellfish.
