The Courbet family has farmed near Chateau-Chalon since 1869 and works biodynamically, with Jean-Marie and Damien running things today. Expect bracing nuttiness, salinity, and that unmistakable Jura tang. The 2021 is intense and singular, the real-deal expression of the region. Pour it with Comte or anything funky and rich.
