White Burgundy from a small family domaine in the Hautes-Ctes that quietly overdelivers. Cornu-Camus was created in 1981 when Bernadette Camus married Pierre Cornu; today their daughter Lydia and her husband Christophe farm 12 hectares across 15 appellations using organic principles. Les Godeaux is a 1.18-hectare plot in Savigny-ls-Beaune, bordering the renowned Les Lavires Premier Cru. Vinified in barrique with regular btonnage. A Burgundy white that punches well above its appellation.
