Cooperstown Distillery Canton Football BOURBON is a limited edition bourbon whiskey that was created to celebrate the Canton Bulldogs, a professional American football team that played in the Ohio League from 1903 to 1906. This bourbon is made from a mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley and is aged for at least two years in new, charred American oak barrels. It has a deep amber color and a nose of caramel, oak, and vanilla. On the palate, it has notes of toasted oak, caramel, and baking spices. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of sweetness.
