This bourbon, straight from Kentucky, was selected by its founder for its exceptional taste qualities. He then let it age for 10 years in American white oak barrels, which gave it time to develop a beautiful complexity, richness and roundness.

Tasting notes:

Made from 2/3 maize, 1/3 rye and a touch of malted barley.

Colour: Dark bronze with pretty orange highlights

Nose: Characterful with toasty American oak notes, softened by vanilla and dried fruit.

Palate: Pleasantly spicy, with aromas of caramel and dried fruit.

Finish: Long and silky, marked by the meeting of spices and wood.
