Year distilled: 2009

An American bourbon from the state ofKentucky. The appealing sweetness is evident from the nose and carries on consistently through the dram in the form of tropical fruit notes. The finish reminded the panel of apia colada cocktail.

Nose: Coconut, strawberry laces, leather

Flavour: Almonds, dark chocolate, pineapple

Finish: Dry, kiwi fruit, pina colada
