Templar knights founded this Provencal estate in the 13th century, and the modern team has farmed it 100% organic since 2015 across more than 160 acres in the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence. The blanc is a roughly equal blend of Vermentino and Sauvignon Blanc, unoaked and bottled to show its crisp, sunny side. Light and refreshing, it offers delicate citrus, white flowers, and a mineral lift on a clean finish. An easygoing, organic Provencal white for warm-weather drinking.
