Raphael Bereche is one of Champagne’s most meticulous growers, and his trademark moves, blocked malolactic fermentation, lees aging, and a low dosage, give the wine cut and chalky tension on top of Mailly’s natural density. This is rare, allocated grower Champagne; lovely now and built to develop over years in the cellar.
