when it comes to describing a wine that comesfrom 94 acres ofvineyards surrounded by a virginforest that to this day retains its ruggedbeauty. This is an area where the light
of the Tyrrhenian Sea strengthens thevines, and the sea breeze takes the edgeoff the strong summer sun. We takespecial care in our vineyards to ensuresustainability of the environment, thevineyard, and cellar. The result is a winethat is bold with all of the aromas andflavors of the Mediterranean landscape.

Tasting Notes: Its color is a bright ruby red. On the nose, it is clean and precise, with hints ofmorello cherries, wild berries and a moderate spiciness. On the palate it revealsa full and firm flavor, expressing all its intensity and elegance.

Pairing: Ideal with grilled red meats and BBQ, but also with cured meats or the
traditional sheeps milk cheeses of Tuscany.
