Stellum Blue Label Bourbon “TARA” is a limited edition bourbon from the Stellum Distillery. It is made from a blend of corn, rye, and malted barley, and is aged for at least four years in new, charred American oak barrels. The bourbon has a deep amber color and a smooth, sweet flavor with notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak. It is bottled at 90 proof and is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
