Using the quality, local ingredients at our fingertips, we craft Red Manhattan from our Starward single malt, fully matured in red wine barrels. Next, we add bitters then a red wine vermouth created bespoke for this cocktail by Adelaide Hills Distillery. They infuse South Australian red wine with native botanicals to complement our single malt like nobody’s business.
