The Remnant Elusive series will feature the best of the best of the Nant stock held by Remnant Whisky Co. Batch2 isat the very least 10 years old.

Given the situation over at Nant, records are hard to find but we do have it on good authority this is possibly the oldest whisky to ever be released from this Tasmanian distillery. Bottled at 47.1% ABV, it was matured in an AustralianTawny Port 100L, it’s a sensational drop, complex flavours, and great value for a700mL bottle.

Tasting Notes:

Aromas of toffee, maraschino cherries and raisins. A velvety palate highlighting the Australian fortified flavours of dried fruits, cinnamon and clove and sweet zesty freshness that comes with an older whisky of this calibre. A super-long finish of caramels, stone fruits and spices. Very easy to drink.
