Memory Palace is the Sauvignon Blanc in Andrew Jones’s So Far Out lineup, his Santa Barbara natural project with Mike Testa and Jamil Williams. Fruit comes from certified-organic sites in Los Alamos and the Santa Ynez Valley, fermented in stainless steel with minimal intervention.
