A grappa aged four years in two types of wood: first two years in classical oak barrels, then two years in sherry casksa dual-maturation approach unusual for grappa. Made from Barbera grape marc at Sibona Antica Distilleria in Piedmont, Italy, distilled entirely in-house under the supervision of oenologists and master distillers. The sherry-cask finish adds dried fruit and nutty complexity to the grape spirit’s foundation. 44% ABV, in a generous 1-liter format.
