Expect cooked agave up front, vanilla and toasted oak from the wood, and a soft, gently sweet, clean finish. This is not a bottle for brooding over in a dim room. It’s a bottle for a grill, a crowd, and a game on the TV. Serve it neat in a small glass if you want to actually taste the agave, or build it into a margarita or paloma where the oak gives the drink some backbone. Just skip the salt-and-slam routine it’s better than that.
