Named for the beautiful islands at the mouth of Vigo Estuary, this albarino is a throwback to a different era. Native yeast fermentation, natural temperature regulation, and only a small amount aged in stainless steel, this style is more similar to the region pre-mechanization. Serious and salty with notes of orange zest, meyer lemon, pear, and honeysuckle, it drinks as beautiful as the islands it’s named for.
