Montelobos Mezcal Artesanal Ensamble Joven is a unique blend of mezcal made from a variety of agave varieties. This mezcal is made with a combination of Espadn, Tobal, and Tepeztate agaves, which are harvested from the hills of Oaxaca. The agaves are cooked in a traditional underground oven and then double distilled in copper stills. The result is a complex and smoky mezcal with notes of citrus, herbs, and spice.
