Created for The Macallan’s 200th anniversary, TIME : SPACE Mastery is a limited-edition Speyside single malt Scotch whisky vatted from fourteen different cask types. First-fill, second-fill, and refill casks sherry-seasoned European and American oak alongside ex-bourbon each contribute a layer, and the result drinks like Christmas pudding meeting a fruit stand: raisins, figs, and dates up front with peaches, mangoes, and nectarines underneath.
