Like its siblings, Decade IV was bottled at 43.7% from sherry-seasoned oak casks, this 700ml release wearing decade-specific artwork on bottle and box. Expect toasted malt and sweet red apple over soft oak, with vanilla, dried fruit and a late nudge of ginger. The series was genuinely limited and now trades as complete sets at auction. Serve Decade IV neat beside Decade V if you can manage the pair a whisky made for comparison drinking.
