2024 Release

Our Longrow Red is a limited annual release bottled at cask strength. Each year a different type of red wine cask is used to mature the whisky. This Longrow Red 7 year old matured for the first 4 years in ex-bourbon barrels, but was then transferred to fresh Pinot Noir wine barrels for a further 3 years.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Creamy and fruity on the nose, with notes of custard, blackberry jelly, red apples and cherries. The Longrow character presents itself in smoky embers, along with a hint of butter biscuits.

Palate: The smokiness continues on the palate and tannin aromas develop. A balanced note with sweet aromas with cranberry and raspberry and a delicate hint of malt.

Finish: Long, warm and strong.
