Celebrating 30 years of Tasmanian Whisky, this years release is intense and like no other, bringing together our finest single malt, finished in Australias most coveted Seppeltsfield Tokay casks. Making for a rich and robust marriage; creamy coffee jumps from the glass, layered with vanilla custard buttery fudge. Honeyed dates on the palate, chocolate coffee beans, and hints of tea and tobacco, finished with cookies and cream.
