The LARK Christmas Cask brings together the finest elements of Tasmanian craftsmanship in a festive celebration of community and tradition. Crafted at our Cambridge distillery, aged in Port, Sherry and some ex-Bourbon casks, finished in Frogmore Creeks red wine barrels seasoned with Jean Pascals mince pie jus, this single malt whisky is a testament to the shared passion and artistry that define Tasmania and the warmth of the season.

The Christmas Cask celebrates the spirit of togetherness and Tasmanias community coming together. Imparted with the essence of ptisserie Jean Pascals fruit mince pies and Frogmore Creeks red wine barrels.

Nose: Orange blossom with candied citrus peel and dried fruit dusted with sweet cinnamon.
