After having slumbered for8 months in rum casks, the11-year-old spirit of Islay, now intertwined with the vibrant soul of the Caribbean, emerges as a bold blend ofsweet tropic notesandsmoldering peaty smokeas daring as the Transatlantic voyage that birthed it.

A celebration of distant shores united, it is believed this liquid booty isbest savored by the water’s edge, served either neat or gently resting on the rocks.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Smoldering embers, chili, charred citrus rind, browned butter, tarte au citron, hints of cereal, maritime and brine notes.

Body: Bonfire smoke, cracked black pepper, tingling chili, gentle citrus, vanilla, sweet salinity, brine.

Palate: Dry peat smoke fills the palate with a gentle but strong sweetness, followed by sea and salt with touches of wood.

Finish: Chili pepper, smoky, and fruity, lasting.
