This single malt comes from the assembly of several sherry casks carefully selected by the director of the distillery Innes Shaw. Knockando Master Reserve 21 years old is a single malt with a triple maturation: first and second in Bourbon barrels and third in Sherry barrels. This particularity gives it a surprisingly soft depth and woody structure. Rich, concentrated. Oak, vanilla, exotic fruits (coconut) and candied fruits (plum). Influence of sherry (nuts).

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Warming and complex-fruity with vanilla and oak.

Taste: Soft and rich oak with almonds and hints of strawberries and other soft fruits.

Finish: Long and slightly fruity with creamy oak notes.
