An independently bottled Highland Park from Cadenhead’s. Distilled in 1989 and bottled Spring 2018 after 28 years in a single bourbon hogshead.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Slight maritime notes with lemon and vanilla.

Flavour: BBQ smoke with more lemon. A nice wax texture throughout.

Finish: Oak, tangerine peel and smoke lingers for a long finish.
