Hacienda De Chihuahua Anejo Sotol is an extra aejo Mexican spirit made from the desert shrub Dasylirion wheeleri. This aged sotol has aromas of cooked agave, chocolate, and oak, along with lingering hints of red pepper. The palate is well-balanced and smooth, with flavors of vanilla, brown sugar, dark fruit, and roasted nuts. The finish is slightly smoky with a subtle heat. It is an excellent sipping spirit to enjoy neat or on the rocks.
