Bottled in honour of Lunar New Year 2025, this celebratory single malt is a spectacular multi-wood finish created by Master Distiller Billy Walker to mark the auspicious Year of the Snake.

Having been skilfully matured in Pedro Ximnez, Oloroso and virgin oak casks, the resulting whisky is worthy of toasting the momentous occasion.

We proudly present this limited release at 48% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered, allowing its distinctive character to shine through.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Orange peel, rich chocolate and caramelised ginger, with bursts of honeysuckle, buttercream and brandied dark cherries.

Taste: Butterscotch, grilled honeycomb and Brandy snaps, followed by blood orange, poached pears and cinnamon butter, with crystalised ginger and chocolate gteau.
