Tasting Notes:

Nose: Antique wood, brown sugar, dark cherries

Palate: Creamy vanilla, clove, allspice

Finish: Cinnamon, ripe berries, seasoned oak

“The nose is complex, offering up oak, ripe red cherries, and cherry pie alongside more herbaceous notes like cloves and leather. The palate is smooth and creamy, and while there are still cherries present, hot cinnamon spice and cayenne pepper-infused dark chocolate also appear. The cinnamon isnt overpowering; its tempered nicely by vanilla soft serve and, toward the end, fresh mint.
