The flagship bourbon from FEW Spirits in Evanston, Illinoisthe town’s first legal distillery since Prohibition. Founded in 2011, FEW does everything in-house: grain-to-glass production with a 70% corn, 20% rye, 10% malted barley mash bill, locally sourced ingredients, and aging in Minnesota oak barrels. The high rye content (20%) gives this more spice and complexity than many craft bourbons. A genuine small-batch operation in a 2,700-square-foot facility just outside Chicago.
