The Dureuil family has farmed in Rully since the 13th century certified organic, hand harvest, lunar calendar in the cellar, no shortcuts. Their village Rully Blanc is classically Burgundian Chardonnay: taut, mineral, lightly creamy, and built around tension rather than oak. Vincent is widely cited as one of the most reliable hands in the Cte Chalonnaise, and this is the white that earned him that reputation a wine that achieves that elusive status of a really good value in honest white Burgundy.
