Laurent Charvin converted his family’s historic domaine (est. 1852) to biodynamic practices, drawing from old-vine parcels in the southern Rhne: 40-year-old Bourboulenc, 20-year-old Roussanne, and Clairette vines. This white sings with vibrant aromas of pear, yellow flowers, and marmalade on the nose, with perfumed rose petal and melon on the palate. Fermented in fiberglass to preserve freshnessa lively, mineral expression of warm Rhne fruit.
