This particular bottling, finished in Oloroso casks since November 2020, has warming Christmassy notes throughout. Our Panel highlighted notes of ginger bread, Christmas pudding, praline and caramel nougat.

Tasting Notes:

Rather sweet but with some oak spices as well. Mostly cloves, some cinnamon. Then cherry-flavoured candy canes, some red berries, plenty of fudge and caramel. Maybe even some weak coffee.
