All of our piscos are made entirely from the nest, estate grown grapes. Distilled entirely from wine and unaltered without even the addition of water. This award winning “acholado” style Peruvian Pisco, formerly known as Pisco Portn, is sustainably harvested and hand-crafted at the oldest distillery in the Americas, Destilera La Caravedo, Est. 1684.

Caravedo Acholado Pisco is a premium Peruvian pisco made from a blend of three grape varieties: Quebranta, Torontel, and Italia. It is distilled in copper pot stills and aged for at least three months in oak barrels. The result is a smooth, complex spirit with notes of dried fruit, nuts, and spices. Caravedo Acholado Pisco is perfect for sipping neat or in classic cocktails like the Pisco Sour.
