Tasting Notes

Bright and aromatic with signature Marlborough notes of passionfruit, citrus zest, and fresh cut grass. The palate is crisp and lively with vibrant acidity, tropical fruit flavours, and a clean, refreshing finish.

Pairing

Pairs beautifully with seafood, sushi, goat cheese, green salads, and herb-driven dishes. An excellent everyday white wine.
