Bowmore Black Rock was released in 2014 as a limited edition travel retail exclusive.

This single malt whisky from the Scottish isle of Islay matured in Spanish ex-sherry casks, which gives the Bowmore Black Rock a smoky palette of raisins, pepper, warm cocoa beans and burnt orange. Gotta love burnt oranges.

Black Rock is located in the Islay waters of Loch Indaal and it symbolises the rugged and treacherous waters which surround the island, demanding careful navigation by all mariners. Bowmore Black Rock aged in Bowmores legendary No 1 vaults, the oldest maturation warehouse in Scotland and the only one below sea level.
