Overview:Prosecco Brut Bosco del Merlo is produced from Glera from western Friuli
grapes which on reaching the correct technological maturity are harvested
during the first hours of the day in order to guarantee the preservation of
the grapes aromatic characteristics.

Tasting Notes: Dry, dry and persistent taste, with beautiful complexity. Hints of pear, green apple and lime.

Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif and conversation wine, it is perfect throughout the meal. Particularly suitable for seafood cuisine and to accompany light Mediterranean dishes such as tagliolini with lemon and prawns or crostini with cream codfish.
