Uniquely distilled, they come together to give Bombay Sapphire its tantalising, smooth and complex taste.

Bombay Sapphire is a London Dry gin built on ten botanicals vapor-infused in a Carter-Head still a gentler method that draws out aromatics without the heavier bite of boiling the botanicals in the spirit. Juniper leads, as it should, but there’s real lift around it: citrus peel, coriander, almond, orris, and a whisper of grains-of-paradise pepper on the back end. It stays bright and clean rather than pine-heavy, which is exactly why it mixes so reliably. This 1.75L handle is the one to keep behind the bar when gin and tonics and Martinis are in steady rotation. Pour it over plenty of ice with a good tonic and a lemon twist.
