Subsequently, Nicolas Franois joined forces with Louis Salmon, his wifes brother. He oversaw all the commercial activity whilst his brother-in-law, who was passionate about oenology, dedicated himself to the creation of the wines.

The Brut Ros is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir vinified as red wine.
