Founded in 1818, Billecart-Salmon is one of the most revered family-owned Champagne houses. Known for its focus on elegance, balance, and finesse, the house has built a cult following especially for its iconic Brut Ros.

Crafted using a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir (including some still Pinot Noir for color), the Brut Ros is aged on the lees and made using traditional methods. Its salmon-pink color, fine mousse, and complex palate have earned it consistent praise among sommeliers and Champagne lovers alike.
