The Chardonnay sees a touch of skin contact during fermentation, which lends it a deeper golden hue and a textural twist while keeping it firmly a white wine. Expect quince, sweet cider, crunchy citrus, and a wet-stone mineral streak. It’s a low-intervention take that trades the usual buttery Napa Chardonnay for something leaner and more electric. A living, expressive wine for the curious drinker.
