Ahus Akvavit is a Swedish aquavit produced by Ahus Akvavit AB. It is made from a blend of grain and potato spirits, flavored with caraway, anise, fennel, and other herbs and spices. It is aged in oak barrels for at least one year before bottling. Ahus Akvavit is a clear, golden-colored spirit with a strong, spicy aroma and a smooth, slightly sweet flavor. It is traditionally served chilled as an aperitif or as a digestif.
