Yuu Baal Espadin Mezcal is a hand-crafted mezcal produced in the central valleys of Oaxaca, Mexico. This all natural mezcal is produced from agave Espadin using traditional methods and is rested for 2 months prior to bottling. On the nose, Yuu Baal Espadin Mezcal features notes of smoke, cooked agave and light floral notes. On the palate, there are flavors of roasted agave, pepper, smoke and citrus. The finish is smooth and slightly sweet.
