Yellowstone Select Bourbon is a small-batch bourbon whiskey produced by Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky. It is made from a mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley and is aged for at least four years in new, charred American oak barrels. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of caramel, oak, and vanilla. On the palate, it is smooth and sweet with notes of toasted oak, caramel, and spice. The finish is long and warm with a hint of smoke.
