The Wyoming Whiskey Grand Barrel Straight Bourbon is produced in the historic Wyoming Whiskey Distillery in Kirby, Wyoming. This bourbon is selectively aged for seven years in whiskey barrels with an average of 6 years of age. It is then finished in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks, before being bottled at 90 proof. The whiskey is characterized by aromas of deep caramel, toffee, and maple, followed by flavors of roasted nuts, leather, and sweet oak.
