This limited-release bottling has been created to get the festive season off to a cracking start. Crafted from Wolfburns signature smooth, sweet spirit, matured for a shade over eight years, it is the product of a marriage of two types of cask: Oloroso Sherry hogsheads and first-fill Bourbon barrels. Tis the season to be merry we hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed producing it.

ON THE NOSE
Sweet Sherry notes mix with hints of dried fruit. Aromas of vanilla follow, and theres just a hint of coffee and dark chocolate.

ON THE PALATE
Juicy and mouthwatering. Rich toffee and syrup flavors lead the way, with overtones of cocoa and vanilla. Fruity sweetness coats the palate, with Autumn fruit and honey notes leading to a warm, soft finish.

FINISH
Vanilla notes gently fade away with a lovely trace of caramel at the end.
